OK, it's the saber weapon file. .sab files hold the entries for all the sabers in the game. You open a pk3 with PakScape, then in the "ext_data/sabers" folder, you'll find the .sab files (provided the pk3 contains sabers, of course). You can open them in WordPad. A typical saber entry might look like this: single_1 { name @MENUS_SINGLE_HILT1 saberType SABER_SINGLE saberModel "models/weapons2/saber_1/saber_1.glm" soundOn "sound/weapons/saber/saberon.wav" soundLoop "sound/weapons/saber/saberhum4.wav" soundOff "sound/weapons/saber/saberoff.wav" saberLength 40 saberColor random } (NOTE: @MENUS_SINGLE_HILT1This line is only used on singleplayer compatible sabers, don't play with that. If this was a standard MP saber, it would have Arbiter in that field.) As Trauma said, you need to add the line "idleInBack "2"" to the saber entry. So, if you did this with single_1, it would look like this: single_1 { name @MENUS_SINGLE_HILT1 saberType SABER_SINGLE saberModel "models/weapons2/saber_1/saber_1.glm" soundOn "sound/weapons/saber/saberon.wav" soundLoop "sound/weapons/saber/saberhum4.wav" soundOff "sound/weapons/saber/saberoff.wav" saberLength 40 saberColor random idleInBack 2 } Of course, you'll be using the pk3 and .sab file for the weapon you want to change, but it's the same theory.

I don't know how, and I don't know why, but this is totally Sheep's fault.

It's inside the pk3 for the weapons you want to edit. There's a folder called "ext_data", go inside that folder and there's another one called "sabers". That's the "ext_data/sabers" folder.

You open PakScape, then go to "File" then "Open" in the PakScape window, find your pk3, open it, and then you're set to edit it.
