first off, your pictures arent working, and second off, if you aren't "up to the challenge", why do u think anyone else will be...from what i am aware of, there are only 2 active modelers in the JK3Files community that im aware off, others working on much larger projects...so the changes of doing a whole band, is slim to none...so try it yourself......i think im beginning to repeat myself..
edit: first one still isnt working
if i could model i would do it and wat do u mean the pics arent working are u not seeing em?
and there rly is no reason to flame
since when is giving facts flaming? the only 2 active modelers on here still are DLX and Lightsource...actually, and Last Wish...i believe, all of them busy with their own projects, and there are others but they are a part of TCs/other projects....so your only real option is 1)try doing it yourself, 2)wait for the slim change that someone might do it, or 3) try and find a character that looks moderately close to one of them and try skinning it....its not that hard to start most of this stuff, its just most people on here lack the willpower to keep it going
Marshal is still modeling too. But he has a few projects on his plate ATM.
If the modelling process for Jedi Academy was just a little bit easier to work with, maybe more people would accept requests, but in this day in ages, with the expectations so high, it is quite difficult. Even if the expectations aren't high, the modeler is worried about releasing junk that will be spit upon when released.
Oh, come on! The JA player modeling process can only be simplified further by lopping off the Assimilate part and that little piece at the end is so easy a first-grader could do it.
Also, Lordi, while awesome, wouldn't work. Look at those platforms, man!
A first grader? Then teach me how to weigh a vertice to a bone using 3ds max so I won't be called dumber than a first grader!
I guess I give it the name of being difficult because I have never gotten past the weighing part, just never could figure it out...
Weighting isn't hard, but it can be confusing, I tried along time before I finally saw my own model in-game.:nodding:
Those weighting tutorials are more long and confusing than they should.
The Assimilate part is actually sort of helpful, instead of seeing your model meshed up over and over again in-game, it simply gives you a error message (if any) and you can go and fix it right away. :nodding:
btw, I'm a first grader:nodding:
