Hi , i am having some dificulty with some models i have made in .ase format, they are for JKA and the textures are all uvw mapped correctly as they show up in both the editor and the game , however the parts that i want to glow dont, the shaders are fine as they work on standard brushes, it just seems to be when i place the texture on a model the glow stops working, have any of you made a .ase model with shaders that work, if so you may be able to help me find out whats up with my .ase models.
for info i am using GTK 1.4 3ds max made the models photoshop made the textures shaders all correct and working in shader ed and in game on standard brushes, (just not glowing on .ase models)
as ever i value your time and do not wish to bother anyone but i have tried to solve this problem for 5 days now and i have run out of ideas.
your oppinions are gratefully accepted

Just wondering, but doesn't JKA normally use .glm models?
I'm a n00b at modeling tbh.

For m objects i think they can be .ase's?

I dont know, but I believe the best map objects are md3's, at least thats what I always used, and shaders always work for them. :D
