I went has on this site :http://www2.ravensoft.com/users/mmajernik/misctuts/respawningvehicles.htm I have make my swoop commme in the tutorial I compile I test the map but no swoop has the horizon all is no error correctly make as in the tutorial my question is why any swoop appear?
what I did for my map was a lot easier for that. You don't need scripts or anything: make a trigger_multiple, target_activate and target_deactivate, swoop NPC. then enter these values:
For the swoop; NPC_target: activate1 target: deactivate1 targetname: sw1 count: -1
For the trigger_multiple (useflag checked); target: sw1 targetname: button1 wait: 10
For the target_activate: classname: target_activate targetname: activate1 target: button1
For the target_deactivate: classname: target_deactivate targetname: deactivate1 target: button1
This makes it so whenever you go into the trigger_multiple a swoop will spawn. If you put the trigger around where the swoop spawns whenever you get on it the swoop will respawn X time later. (the X is defined by the wait value in the trigger).
dark maul, i did exactly what u said and its working perfectly but is there a way let the vehicles appear before u go in the trigger_multiple?
Like from the very start of the game? Just put a single, un-respawning swoop there and delay the count of the spawner a couple seconds (I would think around 10), so that: a) there's a swoop waiting to be ridden when you get there b) a few seconds after you enter the trigger_multiple, hop on the first swoop and drive off, a new one appears. c) whenever you return for the new one, you must enter the trigger multiple and a new swoop is spawned after you ride off. The mechanics aren't quite the way you would expect them to be, but because you only see the in-game results, it doesn't matter.
