Well, I've tried and tried again and again but every thing I've done will not work! The problem is that I cannot seem to figure out how, if at all possible, a new bot can hold a new saber model. Everything I've tried came up with my bots holding default sabers with blue plasma.

I hope someone understands this and helps me, as I'd like this problem to be fixed as soon as possible, as this file really needs to be submitted soon before it's more late than already is.

Can you give us an example of what you're doing so we can point out what's incorrect?

Why certainly! I've been using the .BOT file to try and get the saber model found in the JA Swords Pack [1st release] as the Gold Rapier on to my Christmas themed skin. Here's what I've been trying so far:

First attempt: { name "Leonard" model veide_christmas Color1 4 saber1 "goldrapier" personality /botfiles/leonard.jkb }

Second attempt: { name "Leonard" model veide_christmas saber1 goldrapier personality /botfiles/leonard.jkb }

And as of now, I can't really think of the other attempts I've made (tried a couple days ago without luck), but nothing seems to work. The model name is correct and whatnot, just that it will not turn up in the game. The base sabers seem to work perfectly with the first setup.

Your first attempt should be correct. Make sure that DemonZariche's PK3 is in your base folder when you test it.

Example of a working BOT file with a custom saber: { name "Galbadian Soldier" model gsold_if color1 0 color2 0 saber1 "gsword" saber2 "none" personality /botfiles/gsold_if.jkb }

Ah, so it's the shaders then, is it? Or perhaps because of the colors being left out or not being 0? I'll see if these things work.

Most of the lines in the bot file are optional, but you can try them and see if it helps.

Well, there weren't any shaders in the pk3 pertaining to the goldrapier, so that's out of the question. I'll test out some of the other things later on in the night, I'm busy at the moment. =_=
