yes very simple just place the Skin to overwrite the Old one by using the same paths in your PK3 but if you meam MODEL then you need to make a spawner for the Model or to be the Model do /helpusobi 1 then /model (models Name) and TA DA

just find the Skin files for like Kyle and when you make your new PK3 have your textures use the same path as Kyle I.E: Skins/Kyle/Red (or whatever)

If you simply want to replace a character with another skin (which works the same for JK2 and JK3) it's just a matter of changing some names. Here are some tutorials: Bael's Skinning Tutorial Video, Jedi Knight 3 Downloads, Jedi Knight 3 Others Jedi Knight Files - Custom Skinning Tutorial by Ravensoft's Michael Gummelt These tell you how to get completely new characters in game, but if you want to replace someone in game, just follow the same steps, but when you change the names, change it to that of the character you want to replace.
