Hey guys. I know what you're going to say. "Hey, you sould've searched the forums!" Well I did. I probably didn't search enough. (The whole site) But hey, I've got a life too. But anyways, on to the problem. I've searched lots of tutorials, looking for how big a character is compared to the map. I couldn't find a thing. So I'm asking you guys. Just wondering the map grid sizes compared to the size of the character. You could just give me one size, and I would estimate the others. If you could it would be a lot of help.:nodding:
Place a Jedi Npc or something and find out :D
Do you use info_player_start or info_player_deathmatch? They have real size. Not npcs. info_players are good.
Well spawn a NPC and delete him again to find the right size... But yeah what Meush said works too...
Yeah... You must have at least one spawn point in map
There is an MD3 of the saber droid you can use as a size reference. Browse the playermodel directory.
Yeah :) But I prefer infos
Thanks guys. I appreciate it. :)
No problem. I don't like map that is too high and player is so small... Make tests so you won't have to resize every brush in map with really lot of them
