Hey there, I am compiling a vehicle model right now, I have used Duncan's vehicle tutorial (Vehicle Importing Tutorial for JA)
I am using 3ds max 8 and =someone's= plugins for XSI export from 3ds max.
i do the model export, but whenever i run assimilate to compile GLM, i get the following error: bone "pelvis" had non-uniform scaling on frame 0
and it goes for all frames.
The vehicle has two bones (pelvis and pelvisend) and no animation, except small pelvisend rotation animation as described in Duncan's tutorial.
could anyone tell me how could i fix this?
Check that you have the decimal symbol set to "." in your regional settings.
alright, i managed to fix that problem, but now i have a new one: after compiling, i view the model in modview and all tags (driver, exhaust and muzzles) are not where they are supposed to be: they are all at origin. i did weigh them too though
edit: nvm, fixed that too :)
