Hey, does anyone here know how to make a custom installer setup program for your own mods? I've seen quite a few over the net for JK3 mods (can't remember the site) and ithought that it gave their work a little more class... Who knows, might make a good tutorial if anyone knew how to do it.

There are programs for that. Overview - Setup Factory, for example. Even if it feels more sofisticated, it is not as comfortable, I think. I rather extract and place a *.pk3 -file than installing a *.exe-file

There's a program called install creator somewhere. Not freeware, but you get a free trial. It's not for 30 days or anything, though. You can keep it, I think. The only catch is, at the end of an install created with it, it will have another page telling you it was made with install creator.
