How can I change the fadekill to make it more like Halo's "drop and die, camera still on you until you respawn" anim? Also, how can I change the basic weapons to be pickups on the ground instead of glowing holo death thingys?

That sounds like you need to edit the SDK (software devopement kit) You will have to find the correct file edit the bits you want in software such as Visual C++. In the SDK there is a tutorial on how to basicaly edit things like that, however it presumes you have visual C++

FIrst off, @#%$!!! Second, I forgot, does Microsoft XNA Studio or whatever it's called, require C++, or something else? If it does, then I have it on my laptop. If it doesn't, then I'll need to get it. I installed XNA a while ago. I don't remember.

sry for 2post, but i forgot, will I have to have people freakin go into the assets and change them to have them install it, or is there another way? I don't think that pk3s will suit that purpose, so I'll use something else. Or will it?
