[COLOR=Navy]I didn't try it in MP, because I'm making SP MOD, so I don't need that. [/COLOR][COLOR=Navy]hips_cap_torso_off,models/players/stormtrooper/caps.tga[/COLOR][COLOR=Navy] I remember, I tried a lot of what looks the same, what I saw in the other skin files, I don't know, I tried it or not, but I'll try it today:D But to you all, is this working fine, or you have the gray texture there too (only to the stormtrooper)? Maybe if you don'T know what I think, can that help, if I'll make a print from this bug? ...I don't use any mod, skin, model, or anything, in my base there are the basic files, and my pk3...[/COLOR]

We understand the error just fine. The reason minilogoguy suggested testing it in MP is because it will tell you what is wrong with your texture in the console.

jk3editor, I tried adding said line to the skin file and it didn't work. Then I searched the glm for both "torso_cap_hips_off and" and "hips_cap_torso_off" and only found the first of these. So my guess is the model lacks support for proper both-sided cap display at the waist (and also at the neck, BTW). Geez, whoever built this model sure was lazy. I'm afraid I don't know of an easy way to fix this; maybe you should check out HapSlash's stromtrooper instead and hope that he's done a better job.

It doesn't in sp (and no "load of a level floods to console" for that matter).

well no shit it doesnt show it and i already told you why, the model gets loaded with the level and the console in game dumps the information after a certain point. its not that hard to figure it out.

minilogoguy18;4804344yes, just start up MP and just do the devmap command and spawn one and read the error message in the console after cutting him down. you probably wouldnt see it in single player cause the load of a level floods to console and you probably wont be able to do page up that far back.

Surefire way to see what's wrong...

The map I used didn't contain a stromtrooper to begin with, I spawned it via console. I tried it in mp as well, but just couldn't get dismemberment to work and ran out of patience.

I say the console doesn't help at all with this problem. Prove me wrong (instead of getting all worked up and posting smartass remarks).

[COLOR=Navy]Okay, I think I won't to be able to fix it, but that looks ugly, when you cut the stormtrooper, and there aren't any blood in his body, only one kilo concrete...I don't understand, the creators of the game didn't see this error?:eek: But no problem, thanks the helps to everybody[/COLOR][COLOR=Navy]:bows:[/COLOR][COLOR=Navy] I wanted only a little "plus" in my MOD, to the stormtroopers' blood texture is good (because in this mod you can cut a few enemy, f.e. st., impw., but not the siths, only the "littles", and what I want[/COLOR][COLOR=Navy]:D[/COLOR][COLOR=Navy])[/COLOR]
