Hello, I am Darth Ajax (AJ to my friends). I would like to request some models, or at least some skins, of creatures and characters from either Doom 3, or the Doom movie. I am not a modeler, so I cannot fathom the amount of work going into a brand-new model, which is why I also said skins. The reasoning for the request is that the creatures from Doom 3 and the Doom movie look so cool, that I want to play as them as well as shoot them or watch them get shot. You can say I don't need these, I just want them, and I do. Believe me, if I could model or even skin I would make these myself, but I can't :( , so I ask those who have the skill and the knowledge to do this. :bows: Anyway, on to the models and skins requested. These can be from either the game or the movie, unless otherwise specified. The stuff I want are: The Doomguy (or Reaper as he is known in the movie.), Sarge (preferably from the game), a Scientist (the only difference is the color of labcoat, blueish-green in the game, white in the movie, either is fine.), an Imp (also preferably from the game), and the Hellknight (preferably from the movie, and probably the most difficult to make, but also the coolest :naughty: ). To those who read this and decide to take on this challenge, I thank you in advance. Thanks!:bows: To those mappers out there, it would also be cool to get the Mars Base (called Olduvai in the movie) as a map. The movie form is smaller, but the game form is more believable. When I find out how to do it, (and I get good pics) I'll get the pictures up here, I just need to know which model, which sorce, and/or which map you are doing. Again, thanks in advance!:bows:

I'd rather see decent models of the original doom monsters. There are some good ones in the Jdoom resource pack, but they're in md2 format.

(*tries to imagine a cacodemon with a lightsaber...)

md2 models were used in quake 2, along with other games that used it's engine.

Thanks for the input! I was nervous, that was my first post... Anyway, I already tried the Rax Joris reskin, it wasz't the best, so I'm waiting for the next version, as for the Doom Episode 1 map, that's for Jedi Outcast. I mave a map that can service as the UAC facility, but it's a converted JO map called Mars. it was on PCGameMods, but that's down right now. The origional Doom monster were cool, but I personally think that they are classics, and should not be converted to 3-D form. They were 2-D origionally, and they were great, in 3-D thay look stupid. No offence intended, but they were not made to be 3-D. Plus the Doom 3 monsters look cool! :p Again, thanks for the input.

A Doom mod would be cool, but which game do you make it after? Or do you make it after the movie? Or could someone do all four? That would be hard. Doom Mod (after Doom 1, the most classic), Doom 2 Mod (pretty obvious), Doom 3 Mod (probably the coolest-looking), and Doom Movie mod (again, pretty obvious). Then they could release the maps, models/skins, and the weapons/stances.

Since when are ANY movies like the games? And since when were partially decomposed walking corpses not infected with viruses and diseases?

I don't know how, and I don't know why, but this is totally Sheep's fault.
