Is this a player model? If so you need to weight it to the JA skeleton to allow you to animate it. If its a vechile or weapon I'm not sure dragon can do it but I have to say I've never tried.
If it's got a skeleton, Dragon can animate it. Weapons, however, are beyond animating. It just can't be done.
Where do I find the skeleton?

Hmm...look around in the Jk3 mod site, preferably in the tools section Jedi Knight 3 Download Files, Download Jedi Knight 3 Patches - FileFront.com You can find the skeletons for all the models in JK3, including the human& creature skeletons. In my opinion, I think the Rancor skeleton would fit a 4 legged dragon, but that's just me XP...
