hey i used Dragon for awhile now and i made an animation and tested it out and it was bad so i went to go chage it and i tried to load it and it said "Execing myrun.cfg" and it didn't load oh and second i've seen AshuraDX's Galen Marek animations and i noticed the running, which i noticed that its a regular staff runnig anim, Exept that he made the torso lower. Did he load the WHOLE _humanoid.gla or did he just make it?

Maybe it's the same problem as in this thread: Basic Dragon Question...

ok that solved the problem, do you think it will work if i load the original _humanoid.gla or do i just take out "animations.cfg" and load that?

ok I've raised the right arm a bit and made the torso lower it's easy to do if you know how :

first set Dragon to load _humanoid.gla (uncheck autoload)

then once dragon is started

open up the console and type : impframes (startframe) (number-of-frames)

Firstly, to edit an in-game animation you must firstly put _humanoid.gla file in your dragon folder and rename it to _JAhumanoid.gla. You will have to move/delete/rename the original _JAhumanoid.gla file. Then open dragon and type the following into the console:

impframe "starting frame of animation you wish to edit" "length in frames of chosen animation"

Without the "s.

Secondly, gla files are animations, cfg files are notes telling the game to split glas into smaller animations.

Oops, sorry Ashura

ever thought about simply changing the GLA name in dragon_default.cfg ?

I just overwrote the dragon gla with the JA gla. That was easiest for me.
