Hello all, I downloaded MilkShape and used it to modify one model, but I have a problem with exporting it into .glm. Or, to be exact - I have downloaded exporter for MilkShape, but it seems it can't make this model fully functional in Jedi Academy. I guess there's some problem with this exporter, as it does not work correctly. The question is this: Does somebody know how to export MilkShape models into FUNCTIONAL model.glm, which I could use for my JA game? Any advices would be welcomed. Thanks for your time and for reading these lines. :bows:

You can get glm exporters for milkshape but until milkshape 2.0 comes out you won't be able to weight your model. So right now i would recomend buying a 3d program or getting someone else to export the model for you.

I dunno much about player modelling and mesh-weighing, but i've done heaps of guns, heres some tips.

- when u import the model into milkshape, make sure all those things are ticked materials, tags, caps and offs. - to export to glm the safe way, export to md3, and then open the md3 in MD3 View, which is packaged in wiht jk2 editing tools. Click file/ Export to glm/gla. it will convert your model to glm. hope that helps;)
