Hey! I have been working on a Final Fantasy VII mod and I was wondering if anyone would like to help. The expertise I would need the most is modeling (for new characters), animation, MAYBE some coding. I can do animation and some modeling but I have no idea how to get the animation ingame, and the MD3 and GLM exporters/importers listed in the stickies don't work anymore. Any help would would be appreciated. Thanks Sincerely Agent Jackson.
there is already one under development, http://forums.filefront.com/showthread.php?t=212597
If you can do animation, I'm sure gir would like to talk with you...
I want my mod to be exclusive to Final Fantasy VII though. And I can animate. I just have no idea how to get it ingame. I was thinking of making a single player mod too where you are Cloud in the AC storyline.

and that's EXACTLY what Gir, Inyri, and Ifrit are doing, except AC isn't gonna be too big of a factor. (among others. Coolest people came to mind first ;) ).
I lists in their post that they're doing Squall and some others and those aren't from AC or FFVII, stil, I want mine to be a full conversion, not just a new model pack.
you didnt read through the whole topic did you? or even the new topic title...
which leads me to believe your attention to detail will also be lacking.
he wants to do his own mod,let him and stop bothering him, yours doesn't have to be the only ff mod
o_O im not stopping, or bothering him, just making an observation. i have no interest in competing over this, in fact, "my" mod (i use "my" because its not just mine...) doesnt even have a set release date, or even a target time. were going slow and steady, and getting everything perfect, with 100% attention to detail.

That'd be stupid, because, one mod, has 3 modellers and skinners, and mappers/textures designers applying (Including me). The other, has a modeller that can animate. Personally, I don't see the point of 2 FF mods, when they can work together to accomplish something better.
