I didn't make it!
As some of you might have noticed, a few days ago me and UnsungHero released a teaser V1 of our own Galen Marek aka Starkiller model. If you did read the readme than you know it had bugs and lot of unfinished textures, at the moment we are working model-wise on V2. V2 is going to include fully fixed variants from V1 aswell as new Kento Robe and Heavy Training Gear ones. Today I finished modelling Heavy Training Gear while Unsung is still modelling Kento robe, when we're done with all the modelling, UV mapping and weighting, we will work on better textures. We also made a face texture for V2 so no more Jaden face :)
Here's how it looks SO FAR:
Looks pretty good, but the textures from v1 look pretty cartoony in my opinion...But overall good job.
the cloak one could use some skin editing for it doesnt look much like him while wheres his cloak...but other than that by far the best skin one. still RA's skin from the void owns :uhoh:
This is the only TFU model I'm looking forward to.
What about DLX's? His looks really good. But yeah, this is one of the only good ones so far, mostly because it isn't just a skin. Not a brand new model, but still.
Kento Robes: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v499/343me/tfu/kento.png Note: The curve on the torso shoulder covering will be alpha layered.
Really good work guys, do you have any plans to make the Sith Stalker costume? I assume that can be made with the Shadowtrooper model.
looks very good, people are finally realizing a new model is needed for Galen Marek.
The one in the sith armor reminds me on Altair ! Is ist possible to reskin him ?
Textures are early WIP (just base) and will be changed, also let me note that this is based on the Wii/PS2 version of the robes ( IGN: Star Wars: The Force Unleashed Screenshots (Wii) 2456191 ) which are slightly different from the 360/PS3 version (color scheme wise) whats left to be done before next version Training Gear: 1. Make armor on back less wide 2. Make belts more loose 3. Redo belt UVs Heavy Training Gear: 1. Shoulder cape weighing 2. Textures Kento Robes: 1. Shoulder cape weighing improvements 2. Texture details 3. Modelling the belt/armor piece on the lower part of the torso possibly Sith Robes: 1. Weighing issues (lower cape for the lose.) All: 1. Face texturing to be improved 2. Face mesh to be changed
