You can use XSI Mod Tool, 3ds Max 4 and 5 and Dragon Animation Tool to edit them.

Max 8 might be able to export animated .xsi files, but I'm not sure. Look at maxplugins, there should be a .xsi exporter. If you want a whole new set of animations, you'll need to create a model, animate it, export it as .xsi and tick the "create its own skeleton" in Carcass. Unfortunately I've got nearly no skills when it comes to animating, so I can't give any suggestions on what to do if you just want to edit an existing animation.

well what i need is to look into a remote model of ojp cuz they included an animation file for it so that it is glm instead of md3, that way it is supported by MP. I need it for my own remote model I think they used the normal bones set of a humanoid but only used the pelvis and then did something with some animation, only need to look into it to see how they done it so i can do it too for my own remote best chance i got is to contact them and ask them how they did it and if they can help me to get it to work, I got everything done anyway only need that MP support :p

youll need the .xsi file to edit the animations or youll have to create your own, those are very simple animations, not very hard to make. .glm files cant be opened or edited, theyre compiled files and cannot be decompiled.
