I made a tall building in Radiant, at the moment its just four walls, a roof and a floor. Unfortunatly a made it too small and I don't know how to scale the whole thing up now. Can anyone help here? Or do I have to start again?
In gtkradiant 1.5, you can scale. just change version and open it there. but WARNING: dont open it in 1.4 or 1.3 when saved it in 1.5!!!
i AM using 1.5. I just don't know how to scale something like this. Anyway, It doesn't matter now. I started it again and made it f*****g enormous!! I think I maight have a problem with lighting though, resulting in fullbright only. Oh well.
try another bsp-compressor.
No, thats not it. Its just to do with it being to big for the engine. It still works though, minus lighting.
Gaaaaahhhhhh!!! The floor has dissapeared in Radiant!
I know. Gtk is very buggy. at this detailed question, ill answer... i think you must make it again..
scaling works fine for me in 1.4.0, unless you've rotated stuff manually :P
Just select the brushes you want to change scale, then go (Top menu)Selection>Scale and oput the X,Y and Z values as like, 1.4 (if you want it bigger) P.S i hate 1.5.0, reccomending 1.4.0 lol :P
Thanks. Is there a way to slect all brushes quickly?
selection>invert (that will select all brushes, as it inverts your current selection) (provided you dont have any brushes selected before you click it)
