Inthe master sticky there are links to a skeleton released by Minilogoguyand Corto, and it is also included with Eclypse's weighing tutorial. They are in xsi format but you should be ale to import it into your 3ds max.

Why would you recommend an XSI skeleton when there's a perfectly good one for 3ds max?

All the plugins and tutorials you need are included in the stickied threads. The 3ds Max skeleton can be found at Psyk0Sith's website, which is listed in the stickies.

Try reading the tutorials on how to make a player model rather than just assuming what to do. :nodding: You can not make a player model by exporting to MD3 or GLM.

Didn't know it came in both formats, I only paid attention to the xsi files. :< This was the first result on google for tutorials. Try it: 3D Studio MAX Modeling Tutorials A lot more satisfying to make your own than ust editing others, but it'll take practice. This post should be good for getting an idea of whatelse to do: http://forums.filefront.com/sw-jk3-modding-editing/333326-jka-modding-tutorials-tools-updated-october-15th-2007-a.html Tools and tutorials abound!
