I have a few more questions for a SP map im trying to make. I tryed the search option for most of these and just decided to post them, cant find the answers. How can I do these things? 1. You kill a NPC and a message apears 2. You Kill a NPC and a door opens 3. Make a SP game that starts out with full force powers and the lightsaber selection screen. So far I can only use Yellow style saber and no force powers. 4. I'm having some odd problems, I tried to make a group of stormtroopers and a shadow trooper. When you fight the shadow trooper the stormies just stand there :uhm: Then when you kill the shadow trooper the stormies start attacking. How can I fix this? 5. How can I make Jedi and sith attack the player even if he is all Jedi or Sith? Right now I made a luke and kyle NPC but they wont attack the player.
5.- The npc team must be set to enemy
5. in the npc file you have to reverse the inputs for player_team Enemy_team

I´m making a mod that allows you to choose any lightsaber style from the beginning of the game, it will also allow you to choose between single sab, dual and staff. I´m just fixing a bug but will be released in a few days

The stormtroopers wont attack maybe because they are too far from the action. 1. 2. I´m pretty sure those things can be done by making a icarus file
1,2) NPC_target might serve you well here. When the NPC dies, NPC_target should be triggered (just use an ordinary targetname key in the door or target_print, but NPC_target key in the NPC to be killed). If this doesn't work, you can try first to put a trigger_once between the NPC and the door (or target_print). Place the trigger inside some architecture so that it can't be triggered by walking into it. If it still doesn't work, you can always set a deathscript.
4) That's integral game engine AI thing. Consider it this way: The stormtroopers are notoriously poor shooters, and they are afraid they would hit the shadowtrooper instead of you. For a stormtrooper it's not a good idea to accidentially hit a shadowtrooper ;)
Well i figured out the doors and print things but im not sure how to make the player team thing enemy. I'm realy a noob to mapping so could you tel me the keys and values and where to put them?Thanks.
For the stormtrooper incident, I suggest you just make a new NPC with better aim ;). Maybe that will solve it? And give the stormtroopers a different class. Maybe a rodian class or whatever?
I made a custom stormtrooper sniper, and I gave him a Class_rodian because rodians are snipers too (or gunmen which is why I suggested class rodian for you)
