You can edit more than just maps -- in the future you should be clearer if you wish to receive hasty assistance.

It took me a good while to understand that picture, and if I did understand it correctly in the end, then the answer is yes. It should basically just be two entities that rotate open, yes? If that's it, then nothing's easier. There's a rotate script command just for work like that.
