How do I create class behaviors that can affect a bot and me when I use playermodel (botnamehere) for example how can I create a class behavior by scratch or edit an existing one such as class_jedi, class_reborn, class_luke, class_desann, class_kyle, etc. Any help/advice would be appreciated.:confused:

I think that has to be done inside the code. Check the sourcecode for hints about how classes have been programmed. Not really my area of expertise since I've only written weapons code for multi-player. Sorry.

Does anyone know where I can find the jk3 source code so that I can do this, thanks. I am, afterall, just starting to mod this game. After looking through these unreadable files, I couldn't find anything.

Well, only the multiplayer code is available (go to for help, it's pretty much the best place at the mo), NPC AI doesn't function quite right in multiplayer anyway, and the playermodel command doesn't work either which means you've got quite a bit of work to do. I haven't done anything much with AI myself yet, but you're more likely to find useful help at the site I mentioned above.

If you're just starting out modding JKA, what you want to do is really something quite advanced, so you're going to have to spend a fair bit of time learning first.
