Do you mean like cutseens? Where the npc's move around and make a movie?

Or do you mean animations like when the player runs he moves his ears or something (hey he could have big ears!!!!!!)

no like new stances, attks weapon holding anims etc

The only way is to use the tools I have provided. I took the time to set it up so people could do new animations. THough you must be able to use both 3ds max and character studio. post all question at lucasforums.

Hey! I heard you need skinner. I'm downloading GMax right now, so it will be while to know how to model but I'm good at skinning. So sign me up! But, first tell me of this MEDIVAL MOD! Like the name.
