nope if u use modtool or somethin like that dont remember name u can run so much mods u want! or u can do that manually example: do folder named what u want? maybe mymods now there add all ur mods pk3files to that folder NOW LOAD Mymods MOD AND IT SHOULD BE FINE I HAVE TESTED MYSELF :beer: :)
you can only do that with mods that don't modify gamecode. You can't run say asteroids with academy mod.
Dude, it depends how big they are. Like you could run a Hilt Mod, a player mod, an d some other mod at the sametime and have no problem as long as it's not a total conversion.
You could put the pk3's of the mods in the base folder.
