That thread is your friend.

If you ever release anything that you didn't make, be sure to ask for permission from the creator(s) of the model/skin before handing it out. Not everyone likes their work being redistributed without their permission.

Simple, step-by-step guide, eh? I'll try.

Create a folder on your desktop called something like "MB Models".

Open whatever pk3s Movie Battles has in its various folders using WinRAR. Copy out folders such as 'models/players' and 'ext_data/npcs' and 'shaders' etc, making sure you keep the same hierarchy

For example, in your MB Models folder, you should have a 'models' folder and within that, a 'players' folder, with the various skins/models in that.

So, you should have a few folders in your MB Models folder, with several folders in them and so on. I'm not sure which models you're wanting (or what Movie Battles includes - never got into it) but it shouldn't be too hard to track down the required elements. If you download any detailed model from JK3files.com and open the .pk3 it should have all the names of all the folders you want from the Movie Battles assets.

After you have all the required folders in your MB Models folder on your desktop, open up Pakscape. Create a new folder/hierarchy/whatever... just click 'New', at least. It's the white page in the top left of the window. Now, copy & paste or drag all the folder from INSIDE of the MB Models folder into the newly create box inside Pakscape i.e. there shouldn't be a 'MB Models' folder in Pakscape. Just the models and ext_data etc folders.

File>Save As... Change file type to the Quake pk3 and call it something like z_MB_models and save it on desktop for ease of finding. The 'z_' at the start of the file name makes the game read the file earlier, to overwrite possible other versions of the same file. The game reads the files in the Gamedata\Base folder of Jedi Academy. And that leads to the next step - drop the z_MB_models.pk3 from your desktop to your Gamedata\Base folder in the Jedi Academy directory (usually in C:\Program Files\Lucas Arts\ Star Wars...)

Hope this helps.
