Hi again, im trying to make my first vehicle - hotrodmod4zj.th.jpg hotperspec6ru.th.jpg i just have a few questions, is their a limit to the number of vertices, polygons and animations u can use for JA?, also i was looking at the model and i forgot to add wheels to it earlier :eek: :uhoh: , cud i still put animatable wheels in this model where shown? wheelpositions1xw.th.jpg the wheels will be touching the body of the car does this matter? any help would be great! :bows:

The vert limit for any object in JA is 1000 verts. If you have more than 1000, just split it up into more parts.

As for the wheels, do you plan to animate them to move, or just keep them static?

well a very good tutorial on how to get this thing in game would be the siege_tutorials file from jk3files which has a tut to vehicle compiling and also to making siege maps. it does not cover modeling, uv mapping or animating so that youll have to do on your own cause it doesnt look uv mapped at all.

yeh i plan to animate it because i need to try an learn this stuff, so this is just a practice, do the wheels start off as just a plain cylinder? thnx for the vert limit :D

The wheels start out however you choose to make them. They don't make themselves.
