So Shiftee could you fix it? Like a christmas present?
for me this model works fine ...
I deleted everything in the base folder but it still doesn't work. Your pictures could be photoshopped. Howdid you create the NPC?
Uh the saber blade and saber works fine for me too, i'm using the sith stalker's hilt and the backhand stance.
Try this version
I redid the hierarchy, now hands are split and correctly weighted, added blue and red hood down version. If it still doesnt work then i'm afraid i can't do much to help.
Merry Xmas :P
It works it works!! Thank you so much. An awesome christmas present!!
Now i have another problem, fuck. Sometimes when i play, the game crashes and a RB_EndSurface() - SHADER_MAX_INDEXES hit error message shows up. I'm surprised because the model has no shader at all. So is this an error which comes from the Starkiller model or does it mean something different?
Found this on Lucas Forums:
You probably have too many downloaded .pk3 files (maps, vehicles, skins, etc.) in your base folder. The game loads the shaders in them and you are hitting some kind of limit. Get rid of the ones you never use.
You might want to remove some stuff, try and narrow it down. I didn't have problems with the model when i tested it (altho it was a quick run). Does the error happen when you get killed and potentially dismembered?
Nope, it happens while i play. But somehow it doesn't occur everytime. It only occured when i used a custom Galen Marek lightsaber hilt or RGB Sabers for SP.
RGB sabers for SP is illegal since it violates the EULA by modifying a .dll. You should remove it.
That was my theory aswell, that through the modification of the dll files, the shaders go insane. But i didn't got the error before while using RGB Sabers. It's true that if i play base, nothing happens, atleast until i use certain custom lightsaber hilts.
Some custom lightsabers and custom player models clash with JA single player. The Namekian (Dragon Ball Z) model crashed my game everytime I tried to use it. So if it only happens sometimes I'd say it was the hilt.
