There's still a shader problem, as you can see in the picture the back robe part is visible but if you look from the front it's invisible, how can i fix that?

Could you post the portion of the shader that deals with that specific piece? And look and see if that flap has it's own jpeg. I doubt it does, but if it's painted in an image by itself with no other textures, I think all you would need to do is add a single line to the shader.

That's what is in the default skin files, however, the model itself has no shader at all.

Simple fix. You need to make a shader file to trick the game into making the cape/skirt model to use the image both front and back. Here's the code:

models/players/modelname/image { cull disable { map models/players/modelname/image rgbGen lightingDiffuse alphaFunc GE128 } }

Please note that where it says "image" you should not include the file type. So just put "cape" instead of "cape.jpg". Hope that helps.

I'll try, still i got the hipsize error, but mostly when i use custom hilts, which kinda sucks.

Anyway the back lower cape is still invisible.

You put that code inside a .shader file? Changed the "modelname" to whatever the name of the model is? Did the image right?

Yeah, i did, my shader looks like this:

models\players\jedi_adventure_robe\cape { cull disable { map models\players\jedi_adventure_robe\cape rgbGen lightingDiffuse alphaFunc GE128 } }

Jose Carlos

Why? Cause normal is boring.

Try "cull twosided" and get rid of the alphafunc, it does nothing for the skin right now.

Try This:

models\players\jedi_adventure_robe\cape { cull twosided { map models\players\jedi_adventure_robe\cape alphaFunc GE128 depthWrite rgbGen lightingDiffuse } }
