Well in the mean time it would be a great help if you could find some good references of Goofy from KH or KH2.

Hey All, I'v seen quite a few good decent models of Keyblades and Characters such as "Roxas" from the Kingdom Hearts games. But, i was wondering if anyone would have an interest or mind making some of the actual Disney characters from Kingdom Hearts eg. Goofy expecially, Donald, Mickey etc. I know this seems rather childish :P But it would be a nice challenge and am sure the kids would love it. Also, one of the other main reasons is i admin a Kingdom Hearts RP community and i could really use a Goofy model for it. So would anyone mind making a Goofy model and mabye evan possible his shield/weapon in the game for me? I know this would probably be a lot of work so much appreciated in advance. I have a few decent pics to help if anyone takes this up. Thanks again, Ten Eye

Hmm...well, one of these days I'm going to get off my duff and get working on Organization XIII (once I finish my other projects)...though I've also wanted to make a Mickey in his Organization cloak, the only problem is I can't seem to get a Jawa skeleton in order to make him and weigh him appropriately. So I dunno...group project anyone? What is it that you don't like about player modding Inyri? I mean, I know what I don't like, but its different for everyone I think. Just Curious.

That sounds like fun, actually. I have a soft spot for all things Disney. Maybe I'll give it a shot.

No promises, though. I hate player modeling and tend to lose interest very fast. :p

Well, it seems as though there's a way to view the models from Kingdom Hearts/Kingdom Hearts 2: painemodelvj0.th.jpg There's a guy named yaz0r who has apparently developed software that allows you to view the models in FFX, FFX-2, FFXII, KH and KH2. As long as you have the game, you can view the models. Might make this task a little easier. I'd check it out, but my KH2 got stolen from me a few months ago, so I have to wait and purchase that again in order to make it work. :(

yeah, he finished it. Its all one program, and he removed the model porting feature, which is an excellent idea. Its just a viewer, which allows you to see the animations, but more importantly, if you want to make a character from any of those games, you don't have to rely on taking snapshots from the game. They're in a root pose, which you want for JA anyway. All you need to do is take snapshots. Personally, I think a Gippal model would rock, but I'm more interested in Axel and Mickey at this point. I'd post the link, but I can't post links to other forums. Just search for yaz0r...its easy to find.

I'm sure it comes with a read-me. ;)

If you manage to get it working, see if you can get refs for me of goofy from the front and side in the root pose. I suspect if I get my scanner working, the ref I just drew won't do me much good anyway. :p
