i tried to make a light switch for a jk2 map, i made a trigger_multiple conected to a light entity but it doesnt work... is there an other way to do this or do i have to add some keys in the entity window?

To make a light switch, here is waht i did, i made a brush and made its function a button. Then i made a light. not juniur just normal. Ok once you made those things you need to connect them. you can select them both and connect entities but i would do it differnetly because it never really seems to work doing it that way...atleast for me lol. go and select the light and hit n to open up its entity window. make sure it has a targetname for example if i will use light1. So your key: targetname and your value: light1. Deselect and go to the button, and type in the key: target and in the value: light1 or whatever the light's targetname is. A green line should then connect them. Thats it. Also make sure you map doesnt come up with an error "map leaked" or else it wont work. fix the spots where the light leaks and bsp your map.
