In the Force Unleashed 1 Comic the Lightsaber from Rahm Kota looks different than from the game. Here are two pictures how it looks like so if someone has time to spare or could do it that would be awesome.

Here's the first picture. I prefer this one though.

The second picture.

You could probably do this yourself. Really. I suck at textures, but the hilt itself certainly wouldn't be too hard. Using GMAX and following Virtue/Inyri's tutorial, you could easily do the model, at least.

Thats the one i was going to suggest too. Houou is an excellent modeller!

Houou is really, really good.

Other members might laugh when I say this, but damn you make a lot of requests... I think that with the ideas or things you wanted, you could be alright if you worked on them yourself. I'm sure you can do it.

I mean, my computer is FUBAR; I actually can't do it- hell, it's so F'd up I can't even play Minecraft.

But, hey. You might get lucky and become really good at this stuff.

*shrug* I try.

If I ever get a computer, you can bet I'll be working on this stuff ASAP. I'm interested, and I have the internet to download XSI now. So, if I ever get a good system, expect to see me work on stuff eventually.

To the OP...

Even if you get stuff done... As much as I hate to admit it, you'll always find some sort of flaw, something you wish wasn't the way it was. And, if you've got a soul you won't ask the guy who helped you to fix it.

For a long time, I asked a few random people if they could help make my character from the stuff I write, but often to no avail. There was progress a couple of times, but in the end, it never worked out. At that time, I realized that I would only ever get it done if I did it by myself.

Same goes for you.

Don't spend your time asking for a hand-out, as it won't ever be quite the way you wanted it. On that note, if you make it, you can fix it any time you desire eventually, "perfecting" it.

Look at Almighty_Gir. This guy is a modeling prodigy, and he's not half bad at textures. He's well known here be it a good or bad rep... And, frankly, he knows his stuff. Aspire to be that good. It doesn't hurt to be a bit of a multi-threat, either. but you can't do it all. It's impossible to be great at mapping, texturing, modeling, weighing, and so on. Focus on one thing, as others have focused on their specialties. Find what you're good at.

You've requested no maps, and mostly characters. Download XSI, check out some tutorials, shit... do a couple of frankensteins to practice weighing. Download GIMP or something, figure out texturing or something.

You won't make amazing things at the beginning. people will tell you your stuff sucks, but trudge through the muck and make diamonds out of coal.

Make it yours, make it shine.

Get to work, buddy. It's a long road ahead and you've got to pave each square inch of concrete with care.

"Illidan Kazama". I want to see that name be well regarded someday. You've got imagination, it looks like. Put it to good use, and don't spoil it.

All the programs you need are free, and they're all available in stickied threads.

Good luck, and good modding.

There. Texturing is awful, the model is out of proportion, but noone else it taking this up. I'm doing nothing more to it. As far as I care, I'm done.

I followed the Lightsaber Tutorial in the Tools & Tutorials sticky and made a template.

Worse still, even if you wanted that abomination, I'm not handing it over until I've seen some attempt that you've made to do it. Then perhaps you'll realise that you don't need anyone else to make this. Feel free to use my template (it's not brilliant anyway...) but make a good stab at it.

Yeah I don't know how some people wont even try lightsaber hilts, the first time I tried one I got it good other than the textures. Modeling a lightsaber is really one of the easiest things as far as modeling and just about any hilt can be whipped up in under 30 mins for even the most complex design.
