Those of you who have played Baldur's Gate 2 probably know what's coming. Those of you who haven't, here's a quick overview: Lilarcor was a two-handed sword and the only sentient weapon in the game. Sadistic, homicidal and "slightly" insane, it yelled out random lines, such as "I don't chop wood, okay? I'm not an axe." whenever it felt like it. I figured it'd be a fun weapon to have, like a taunt machine.
so when I kill a person will it yell out PWNT?

As I recall, Frostmourne doesn't go on about how its cooler than the Lord of Murder ;).
I can see how this mod would quickly get more annoying than the actual Lilarcor, though, especially if you're planning on setting up the sounds the way I think you will.

Which would be? Currently it has two sets of swing, hit and fall sounds, one set with speech and the other using the standard sword sounds. I'm thinking of leaving the speech effects as a minority, so it uses say.. 3 swing sounds with speech and 6 without. Another thing I intend to do is make the delay between the idle speech longer. Another idea was that I leave the swing and hit sounds completely without speech, leaving the fall, idle, draw and holster sounds with speech. That way it won't have the effect of playing two sounds a split second apart.
EDIT: Finished the first draft of the skin.
Probably gonna redo the hand guard, I'm not entirely happy with it.
