AshuraDX;4940200Q3map2GUI works faster for me GTK's built in BSP compiler/exporter lags on my system I dunno why

Q3map2GUI probably sets q3map2's process priority down a notch. It's really no big deal, it'll just cause less lag.

GTKRadiant has a much faster Bsp exporting cuz in JK2 Radiant it took like 5 minutes in GTK Radiant it took like 6 seconds

Again, Radiant does not do any compiling. Any speed increases are from the updated Q3map2.exe or your computer hardware.

Although, it may have been shorter because of a compile error. Double-check that it actually compiled, because no compile ever lasts 6 seconds.

well when I used GTK radiant it took 6 minutes in 3map2GUI only 2 and on both it was compiled correctly and playable ingame it was the same map

I'd say you probably missed something in your compile options in Q3map2GUI. Obviously nothing essential, but some kind of detail option or maybe the VIS stage. ;)
