I have a few questions concerning a map I'm making. I want to make cliffs, like the ones found in CTF Yavin, but I don't know how to make it so random shape-wise. Any hints? Another question I have is how to make the "hyperspace" trigger work. I have the hyperspace function and everything. I can't find, however, the trigger to decativate the effect. If you are wondering, I'm trying to make a CTF map that involves space travel and ground fighting. I haven't tried but I think you can carry flags in ships, like an X-Wing. Any help would be much appreciated.
1- vertex tool (only alter 1 brush at a time though, that's IMPORTANT) hit v with a brush selected, drag the little green dots to cool positions.
2- make a trigger brush into hyperspace trigger and read this: >>CLICK<<

Ok, well, I followed your tips and stuff (thanks) but I'm stuck with the cliff-making tool (V - Vertex). No matter how hard I try, I can't seem to make anything even resembling a cliff. All I've been able to accomplish so far is making a wall with little jagged protrusions sticking out of it. :( It looks nothing like a cliff. I'm ready to give up hope for it, seeing as I can't figure it out for the life of me. I'm so confused. :confused: :confused: :confused: If anyone out there, experienced or not, could possibly make me a prefab or something that is a cliff, it would be much, much, much appreciated. :) Oh, and on another note, the CTF Vehicle thingy works great! Now, just to find the original makers and ask for their permission...
