What about an animation contest? There are so few animators these days (or any day that I've been in the modding community for that matter) and this might spark some intrest in the subject.

The Soleutator;4920911Yea, give the winner a trophy (with a link to the contest they won) that they can stick in their signature.

Problem with those systems is that anyone can screw it up by just pasting the image into their own sig.

I'mma thinking Nozy should make the Hall Of Fame page on-site more noticeable. :p

I don't know how, and I don't know why, but this is totally Sheep's fault.

Doesn't mean you can't enter! After all, maps are not only judged on appearance but also gameplay and fun factor.

Simply because of lack of easy-to-use programs... Sure dragon animator is easier (then other things) but it still has its flaws... On the other hand, there are several programs for mapping, modeling, and skinning. Would you make a contest of flying airplanes fastest when nobody owns/knows how to fly one... if you get the point...

And once again, I'd totally enter, that would be awesome as heckellzormg.

Heck, we could take this into play and have it where theres 1 contest per month... First mapping then modeling then skinning so on and so forth ^_^...

I will...lick...your...toes if you get this contest up and running :D

I believe you slow down do a crawl, then use the same key you use to take off (jump key?)
