*sigh* Okay, hello again everyone, I have this lil' problem with my map, and I've searched this forum, and didn't find the answer I needed.
I keep getting the Max_Surface_Verts error when compiling, and I'm sure none of my brushes have too many vertices, and my patches aren't too complex, just some capped cylinders, normal cylinders, bevels, and endcaps.
I've tried many things: -Deleted all unseen brushes (like 100, wow) -lowered the amount of brushes -made brushes details

Didn't work :/ I know the patches arent it, for I deleted all of them, and compiled, and still got the error :/
How large is this map? If it has an insane number of vertices, that could be the problem.

K, I fixed it, I had a Jedi Archives, and the rail had too many brushes coming after eachother, so, I deleted them and it's fine :P
Interesting fix, because you are way below the limits so far.
