I was creating a sci-fi gun for a projector rendering I am going to be doing... when an idea popped into my head... *This gun in Jedi Academy*.
The only problem is, it is 2199 vertexes, and I do not feel like skimming it, as this model has some details scratched into the model itself, and skimming bloats them.
What is the max amount of vertexes on guns in JA?
Why? Cause normal is boring.

1000 per object for all models. Next time, try not to actually engrave something into a model. It's a waste of polies and verts to achieve something that's easier to do on a skin. Too much work for something so small. EDIT: Do remember that the .md3 format you have to export the gun into butchers the vert count in ways I can't seem to understand. The vert count might double, so keep that in mind.

o.o well. You can just select faces and detach into seperate peices and try that. Each peice being under 1000 polys.
