I was wondering if anyone here that is familiar with sounds could help me with this problem in sounds. I have made new sounds, and these are the sound files:
choke1 choke2 choke3
falling1 jump1 land1
pain25 pain50 pain75 pain100
taunt taunt1 taunt2 taunt3
I applied these sounds to my model and I went in the game to test em out. When I did, sometimes it would taunt or use the wrong sounds, which is by default the Kyle sounds for the Advent Chilren Cloud model. Some of my sounds would work but when I taunted, gloated, or flourished it would use Kyle sounds 90% of the time. Is there any way to make it only use my sounds and is there anything else I should know about sounds. Any help on sounds would be appreciated as I am only a begginer at this.
First off, are they mono, not stereo? Second off, are they in the proper folder? (sound/chars//misc?) Third off, is your sounds.cfg set up properly? ie: m
Yep, and the sounds are all MP3 format. Maybe I need to change some of them to Gloat or Flourish names?
If that was the problem, then only those sounds wouldn't work.

Well, the sounds are for my White Cloud reskin, and, for the original Cloud AC model, the default sounds were Kyle's. I added these sounds and they work but rarely in taunts and are kinda mixed to random with the Kyle sounds. So that's what I basically wanna fix. Maybe there is a file that I have not checked to stop this model from using the Kyle sounds?
Try comparing the taunt sounds that Kyle has and the ones that you have. But if everything is set up correctly it should work fine. You could try making your taunts be .wav's, if they're the only sounds that are messing up.
data so are sounds supposed to be stero or mono? i'm having a small problem with sounds myself.
I'm pretty sure they need to be mono.
