Hi again...

I've been modeling some weapons thanks to the tutotials in the sticky... so far I've made a cool sword and a double bladed staff. My problem is with the staff, it doesn't read the textures in the game but it does ok in the md3 view and 3d studio, the skin file is OK and the md3 and the glm are exported correctly, but I supose something is wrong. In the JK control panel it reads "-couldnt' read image "texture.png"- or something realy similar, I don't understand whats wrong. The tags are also fine because I can use the staff that I've made but without textures.

If someone has an idea of what it could be please tell me.....:bawl::bawl::bawl:

Is the texture resolution a power of 2?

You must have learned your powers in school, probably under a different name.

2^2=2*2=4 2^3=2*2*2=8 2^4=2*2*2*2=16 etc

These are powers of two. 800x800 does not qualify. You'll need to use either 512x512 or 1024x1024.
