I didn't make it!
Greetings Moderators/Members of the board.
For a few days now I have been looking into modelling and have recently decided to give it a shot to make a model I've been thinking about for some time now. I've looked into many options and read many tutorials but nothing really has answered any questions I needed answered. I want to model a cel shaded character much like i've seen of other models, in this case a few Naruto models.
I've looked at this and pondered the thought of if/how this is different from normal modelling.
Please keep in mind i'm new to all this but still, I am not an idiot.
What I really need to know is the entire process of turning a picture/idea into a model and a brief description on what beholds it.
Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
The following are pictures of what I'm planning to hopefully take a shot at modelling for a first try.

Modeling is modeling. To get the cell-shaded effect, you will need to make an appropriate shader, but that's a far cry down the line. You simply need to learn basic player modeling first, and ensure you have the appropriate tools to create them.
