The shadows on your texture look too sharp. On the in-game model they look softer and wider. Or maybe that's just me.
Yeah, they looked a bit too soft for my touch. And honestly, it's all up for interpretation. But thanks for the interest. I'm gonna test it all in game after I'm done. I'm just wondering though, if it's possible to make a shader for the eyes to make them sort of glow a bit? Or spec map maybe? Or does the GLM need to be recompiled for that? Also wondering if a shader can be used to make the cloak look a bit more dirty. I'm honestly not looking forward to reskinning that. And like it the way it is actually. The rest is gonna be ok I think.
Use texture overlays for the dirt. As for the glow, it's a simple shader (The texture is black where it doesn't glow, anything else where it does glow. The intensity determines the strength of the glow).

i think it looks really accurate other than the fingers that need to be changed into claws. =p
And he's missing the two wisps of hair that fall in front of his face hehe.
