I'm surprised by your work, it's amazing.

You should try to include a no-helmet version, with some realistic face-modelling.

Can you do this?

i fixed and improved a lot of stuff on the texture and added some temporary battle-scaring

anyway, i think ill start with the delta-squad next

about the helmetless commando: i had that idea too, im not shure if im able to make a proper facetexture but anyway a helmetless version will be the last point in the list

Could you make skins like clone/0, clone/1, clone/2, so the number on the back can change? (00, 01, 02) and so on. Would be cool.

I got a bit overwhelmed with the no-helmet clone packs on the site before... But this is coming along great and I like the sounds of the delta team and other modifications. Good work, thanks for sharing it!

One thing I noticed was in your profile pic of the model the back seems rather flat. It might look a little bit better with some slight rounding to show that the armor is pushed against a person's back.

nah, ill first make all variations and the envelope, make camps etc

so, here's boss (of course with accurate extra shoulderpiece):

the only thing not finished is the number on the backpack

you may note that some scratches on the color are too strong, i noticed that too late, to fix them ill have to redo all scratches and wornness on the markings. i may fix it later

anyway, i have some more questions: can i put the skeleton into the t-pose for enveloping, or will jka not like that? is the skeleton-data in jka saved within the model.glm? or in another file? (=can i modify bonerotations without breaking something ingame?)

edit: about the back: its so straight because its like this in rc and the spine is completely straight
