First, let me say that these are awesome. But I do have one comment about Scorch's texture. I'm pretty sure that (if you look really closely), his armor is actually really dark blue. People probably won't even notice, or even know that there is a difference, but I'm just pointing this out.

yeah, thats a common mistake people seem to make (i saw this on some scorch customes) the basecolor of all commandos is the same (grey/brown) but they have a shinyshader which makes their armor look different metallic andy mabe blueish i used the original textures as reference for the markings

I'm worried about entering into the storm but I support both clones and exotic models and found the subject of this thread and associated picture of other species to both be exciting.

Wow, just wow, I have never seen a SWBF2 quality model in JKA, you are thee same Darth Duck from gametoast no? Welcome to JKA! Which reminds me, didn't you mainly do weapons? Or was that Rex? Anyone who if people start using their Battlefront skills on old games that would be awesome. Darth Duck if you do anything else I suggest the BattleFront Darktrooper, everyone has longed for a darktrooper and since you do/did model for SWBF2 I think you be the right person for job I mean look at those! You never see a JKA modeler make something like that they are too worried about the game's engine! I hope anything else you do still maintains your BF quality. This aging game needs more spice like that... Good Luck!

thanks for the compliment neverendingjawa however i dont agree with you about swbf-quality. in my opinion the quality of jkas models etc is much better than battlefronts. and second the communitymade models for jka are much better too, there are hardly any swbfmodders who can make characters from scratch let alone making them looking as great as jkamodelers do/did. most of the custom playermodels for swbf2 are either converted from jka or kitbashed

Don't forget about the technical limitations SBF modders suffers Duck. Making models for games like this, still allow for the challenge of making a model look great without going past 3k or 5k polygons and without normal mapping (which seems to be the jack of all trades nowadays). That's hardly the case with newer engines like UT3, where you can make 15k polygon models just out of spite.
