Behold the Power of CHEESE!!!

ID software is now testing its beta version of the GtkRadiant 1.5.0. If this trend continues, will there finally be a Radiant 2.0? (Not that I'm saying the others are bad and incapabable of producnig good maps, which I know they can, just wondering what features we can expect?):) Ideas: (Please post if any of these could'nt be handled by the Jk3 engine anyway, and I bet most are.) Location Specific Weather Effects: Is it possible yet to make location specific weather? I.e., lightning and stuff in one part of the map, and blue sky in the other. Or can Jk3 not handle that? Hmm, I had some other stuff in mind. Looks like I forgot though. I'll post when I remember. Anyway, feedback is much appreciated! Thanks guys! -Cheese

The editor doesn't add to the functionality of the game. GTK is only there so you can create what the game your making the map for supports. JA allows you do make it rain in differet parts of your map by using weatherzones but it sounds like you want to use two different sky boxes in the same map which I think is posible but they would have to be two completely different areas connected by teleporters.
