Hello! I have opened assets1.pk3 file and opened an npc file with notepad. I see many lines there. Could somebody explain me what they mean? Also, I wanted to modify Alora's FP_PUSH and FP_PULL lines (which are I think responsible for force push and pull levels) to make her completely pushable/pullable/gripable. I tried either setting them 0 and deleting them. However, in the game she pushed out of my grip every time and she resisted my pushes and pulls like before. How is this possible and what should I modify to make her completely pushable/pullable/gripable? Last question: Where can I modify force powers (the damage they do, range etc.)? Thanks for the answers!

did you make a new npc? Try that out. add darthkaldor to xfire and I'll try to send you some NPC tools I got a while ago.

First q.: In the Jedi Academy SDK, you'll find a file called NPC_read_me.txt in Tools\docs. (if you don't want to download the SDK, google for "NPC_read_me.txt" and go the last found location - it's something with https). If it doesn't help you, post again.

Second q.: Not sure about that, but I think resistance against push/pull cannot be turned off. As for the grip avoidance, I have no clue why disabling push doesn't seem to work.

Last q.: In sp, not at all (not unless the sp code has been revealed, mind you). Well, that's what I think, anyway.

Thanks for the answers. I've visited the the stite with NPC_read_me.txt and it's very helpful. So, you say that it's impossible to edit force powers. Anyway, I disabled force push for Desann and tavion_sith_sword, because thay always pushed me if I'd tried to grip them. Well, now they won't push me, but they are still ungrppable. When I try to grip them, nothing happens. Do you know anyone who could solve my problem? Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

One other thing. I wanted to give the JK3 Desann npc sounds. Therefore, I copied the original Desann sounds from JK2. In JK3, assets0.pk3 has a sound directory, I made a new folder named 'desann' in it and put the files there. I checked the npc file and saw thateverything is alright, because the 3 lines for sounds say that the soundtracks are desann soundtracks. But in the game Desann had no sounds like before. Could anyone tell me what have I done wrong?

Any ideas how to disable pushing out from grip for enemies and for making ungripable enemies gripable? Any ideas for force power editing?
