Hey, for some reason my npcs dont follow the routes i assign them. THe only way they move, is if i run towrds them,t hen they will follow the path..kind of, how do i get tthem to go to there wps as soon as they spawn, and/or randomly, like when damaged, they will go away from you, thanks this is SP routing by the way

do you mean combat points? or scripted waypoints? what exactly. I'm a little confused on what you mean.

im sorry if i wasnt clear. I meant like when you do a waypoint, then a point_combat. They only seem to follow their paths if you push them along it. How do i amke it so as soon as they spawn, they run theyre paths

You will need to give them a spawnscript that sends them to a waypoint_navgoal. Or if you want them to wander aimlessly (or otherwise within limited options) along a network of waypoints, you can change their behaviorstate in a spawnscript.

Those are your options. Nothing you can do in Radiant alone. NPCs will use waypoints / combatpoints automatically only in combat situations.

ok so someone has to make me a script? then i just use that in radiant? ok sounds like fun...lol thanks

Yes. And that someone is you. Just go and get the editing tools. Study the Raven maps/scripts to see how things are done. Then just go through a period of trial and error.

lol no its not me...haha we have a scripter on our mod team, so im gonna get them to make me one, scripting is not my thing
