You need to be effective with your detail, structural and hint brushes. You can load the .prt file using prtview in radiant-1.4, and see what's been compiled where.

If you load that up and take a few screenshots, I can have a quick look and tell you what to modify to make the map more efficient.

The number 10910 is your number of portals. You need to get that down by a few thousand and it will speed up.

Look up VIS tutorials to understand how that works.

Use the PRTView plugin in Radiant to view your portals, and see how to reduce them.

You can also try increasing your map's "_blocksize" in the worldspawn to something like 4096.

If and ONLY if all else fails, run vis with the -fast option. It won't do very much to help your FPS, but it will compile the vis in under 1 minute.

You need to either make more brushes detail or put your worldspawn's "_blocksize" up, as I said above.

Look up a VIS tutorial to find out what's going on there. It seems really complex, but it's not once you understand it. :)

It's hard to see the map from that screenshot, but I can roughly gather what's going on. Try and experiment with hint brushes around the center, you should aim to merge those middle portal blocks into larger ones, cutting down on the portal size.

I would also read through a few -vis tutorials first to get a grasp of the basics.
