if i want to make costum sounds for a skin, do they need to have a certain leingth because it often happens that sounds don't work...

Check in the tutorials sticky thread, there is an attachment that teachs you how to properly add a soundset to a skin.

the tutorial says this: -it must be in mono (not stereo) -it must be at 44100hz (128 kbps) how do i make the sounds like that... (cuz that's not explained)

You need to edit the sound file, and if you actually read the entire tutorials sticky, then you will find that there is a link to a free audio software (wavepad).

ok i figured it out... I did all the stuff but i still can't here the sounds, i just get the basic male sounds...

Try checking the sounds.cfg file for typos, if that's not it, make sure the sounds are MP3 format and not WAV format.
