I just started testing out Quark the Quake Army Knife. It has a built in map and model maker and support for many games.
So my question is why don't more people use it?
Because the only thing it's good for, for JO and JA, is map modding. GTK Radiant far surpasses it in level design as it is.
Mmm interesting, i had never even heard of this program before! :S
It's a very good program for the entity-editing technique often used on other-than-Lugormod servers so that they can place entities, remap shaders, etc.
I've never tried it...I saw the interface once, though, and wasn't too fond of it. I might give it a shot now that you've brought it up (and apparently liked it).

Yeah but it takes a while to get used to after having used GTKRadiant

I tried googling it, all I got was a mapping interface which looks workable but not ideal, and a Swiss Army Knife with 85 functions... (86 if you include throwing it at someone)
Quite cluttered, the interface is. For entities, it looks like it'll be great, as Didz pointed out.
Added to the Master Sticky, by the way.
